Over a year in the making, we’re thrilled to present this collaboration whisky between Campervan Brewery and the outstanding Thompson Bros. of Dornoch. Phil & Simon are the hottest Scotch Whisky blenders and bottlers in the world, so it is a great honour to have produced a whisky with them. The casks we sent up had previously contained Riesling Mixed Ferm Pale (ex-Australian Fortified Riesling cask) and Imperial Stout (ex-Australian Barrossa Shiraz).

‘This Blended Malt Scotch Whisky has been curated from carefully selected Malt Whiskies which were rested in a charred and toasted European Oak Vat at our Station Road bond in Dornoch, Sutherland.

After a period of resting we filled the spirit into a selection of ex-Campervan Brewery Casks. After over 10 months of maturation in the ex-Campervan casks we created the Blended Malt Whisky.

Once blended, we then rested the whisky before slowly diluting to an extremely quaffable strength.’
