Part-Time Supervisor - Campervan Taproom

We are looking for a beer lover to join our team at our Taproom. After the completion of building works to increase capacity and with our extended summer opening hours this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in beer-focused and inclusive venue. We have a small team that we will invest time in training, and we hope our new addition plans to stay with us long-term.

Previous experience working in a bartending or waitering role is essential. Experience in craft beer and cellar management is desirable. Good customer service will be a key part of the role, as we want our staff to feel comfortable helping customers and guiding them in drink choices. A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure will be necessary too as the bar can be at capacity regularly during summer and for events.

The position available is part-time, with 10-20 hours across the week at £12.60 per hour (increasing from April as we are a Real Living wage employer). A reference will be required for the successful applicant.
